The International Peace Program (IPP) is the largest co-operative global project in history, and will roll-out cybernetic empathy modules to an estimated 15B+ citizens across the world.
All modules are tuned specifically to increase cultural openness and empathy, while heavily reducing tendencies towards greed, aggression, and tolerance for risk of physical harm. Each module directly interfaces with the userβs onboard language libraries to operate only on constructs of international relevance β moderating our willingness to harm other nations or entire races, for example, while leaving our direct interpersonal virtues and vices intact.
Empathy modules will be manufactured and maintained by the following four corporations: Santoka, NeuroVox, Pfizer, and Jpn. Brain Industries Pty. Ltd. United Nations (UN) member states have pledged to individually acquire modules from at least 2 of 4 suppliers, and must offer citizens an informed choice in the matter.
The IPP roll-out will begin in February 2061 and will be compulsory for all citizens of a UN member state. The implant process takes an average of 15 minutes for citizens with normal neurological health, and a full list of known side effects can be found [here]. Failure to attend your IPP appointment may attract jail-time or rescindment of voting rights β contact your federal governmentβs IPP department for more details, by using the links below.
